• Leading the way by communicating and demonstrating the role of conservation and research in all we do;
• Catalysing action through inspiring experiences that motivate participation leading to conservation and sustainability outcomes.

ACHIEVING OUR VISION - FIVE ACTION AREAS
We will achieve our vision by focusing our efforts on five action areas.

Each of these action areas will support the continuing operations of Zoos Victoria. We believe that by focusing our efforts in these areas Zoos Victoria can transform into the world's leading zoo-based conservation organisation within twenty years.
