Adopt an Ape and save a species. Asia's only great ape was once widespread throughout Asia, but now inhabits only the islands of Borneo and Sumatra, in small, fragmented populations. Deforestation for agricultural expansion, timber, fuel and other forest products, as well as overgrazing cause habitat loss, a major threat.
